Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples has been an American performer and actor for more than a decade. She won the most awards for her roles in the films Layla Grant and Claudia Shepard as well as Claudia Shepard and Layla Grant in Nashville (2012). She also played the main character Jerrica Jem Betnton on the film Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. Also, she has an older sister, Ally. Aubrey performed at The Orlando Repertory Theatre in her young age for about 10 years. She graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was the valedictory speaker for the class of 2012. Harvard University accepted her but agreed on entry twice in order to take on her part in Nashville. Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and had a recurring role in Necessary Roughness (1991). Peeples was a TV star in Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective 2009 and The Good Mother. She played Layla Grant, a major character from The Good Mother, a Nashville second season of the drama. Peeples disclosed that she suffers from bipolar disorder during an interview in the year 2019 by NKD Magazine. Indiewire has named Peeples one of the most gifted actors under the age of 20 in September 2014
